We have done our best to match the visual representation of the products we have online to the ones we have in stock. We have also done our best to give accurate descriptions for each product. The only kind of responsibility we take for if the product doesn’t meet our customers’ expectations is explicitly stated in our return policy.
Items requested using our ‘item request feature’ by customers are subject to a time frame within our discretion and customers will be notified via email or telephone call when the product has been acquired and is ready to be sold.
DELIVERY PROCESS /PAYMENT OPTIONS & RETURN POLICY.
We currently offer paid delivery to customers in Ghana, specifically within Accra and Tema. Customers who want to get a product in our stores but are not living within our delivery radar can email us for a negotiation and a compromise to be met.
When you place an order on our site, you’ll be contacted via telephone call to enquire about the ideal time and location for delivery.
Our customers may either pay through mobile money or cash on delivery.
Our return policy is only valid for 3 days, beginning after the product has been delivered. We take no responsibility for the product after it has exceeded the time frame.
ONLINE SERVICES TERMS
Our medical counseling section is the only blogging platform on our website and we only allow medical related enquiries. User comments and enquires are subjected to rigorous processes before posted on our website and we have sole authority in editing and modifying the write up before publishing. Answers and contributions given by our medical practitioners, while they may be useful, should be checked with your doctor. We will take no responsibility for users who suffer harmful results after following their guidelines.
We have many vendors under our CATERING, PHOTOGRAPHY, and SERVICE REQUEST sections. We only link you to these vendors and we don’t take any responsibility if they deliver a poor service. We, however, give you a platform to review their performance and based on your complaints, our team will either make the decision to remove their information from our site or keep them there.
